My Month-Of Coordination package ensures every detail of your wedding day is executed flawlessly. Starting 4-6 weeks before your big day, I step in to ensure a seamless experience for you, your partner, and your guests.

Initial consultation to discuss your vision and finalize details.
Review of vendor contracts and confirmation of all bookings.
Creation of a detailed wedding day timeline.
Coordination of the wedding rehearsal (up to 2 hours).
Point of contact for all vendors starting one month prior.
Oversight of venue setup and decor placement on the wedding day.
Management of the wedding day schedule and troubleshooting any issues that arise.

Day-of vendor management and assistance with setup.

Directing the ceremony and reception flow.

Ensuring all personal items (guestbook, favors, etc.) are placed correctly.
